Quotation Email Templates
It can be difficult to know how to present your quotes and what to include in them, especially when you’re first starting out as a freelancer. To get rid of some of the guesswork, I’ve put together two templates you can use to send a professional-looking quote to a potential client.
The first template provides you with wording you can adapt so you can share your quotation in the body of an email. The second gives you the option of sending your quote as an attachment, with email copy in text format and a customisable PDF template in Canva. Both templates come with full instructions to help you complete each section in the best possible way.
I’ve created these templates so you can feel confident when sending a quote for your services and charging what they’re worth. How you present your prices can play an important role in getting your quote confirmed and earning a fair amount for the work you do.
